These Terms of Service explain how Game Tokens (GTs) work, how your avatar wallet and access code are used, and how our closed-loop, virtual-only credit system operates across GameTokens.biz and supported partner platforms, including peer-to-peer transfers, avatar credit lines, and shopping with GT-enabled vendor devices.

By creating or using a GameTokens.biz avatar wallet, accessing your wallet via in-world devices or this website, or acquiring/using Game Tokens (“GTs”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use GameTokens.biz or any related Game Tokens features.
🔁 We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of GameTokens.biz after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
2.1 🧮 Virtual-only unit of account. Game Tokens (GTs) are a virtual unit of account used only inside the GameTokens.biz ecosystem and participating partner platforms. They are similar to store credit, loyalty points, or game points.
2.2 🚫 No real-world monetary value. GTs are not money, are not a security, and are not a cryptocurrency. GTs cannot be redeemed for real-world currency, banking instruments, or payment services (including but not limited to cash, wires, PayPal, credit cards, or crypto).
2.3 🔒 Closed-loop system. GTs operate inside a closed-loop virtual credit system. They may be earned, granted, transferred, or used for virtual goods and experiences in:
2.4 📜 License, not ownership. Holding GTs grants you a limited, revocable license to access services and digital perks. You do not own the GTs themselves, and you do not gain any ownership, equity, or voting rights in GameTokens.biz, Virtual World Search Inc., or any partner.
2.5 📉 No promise of future value. GT balances, limits, and rewards may change over time. We do not promise that any GT balance, perk, or feature will exist forever or retain any particular value inside the system.
2.6 🧍 Avatar-only credit behavior. Any “credit score,” limits, or credit decisions used in the GameTokens.biz system are based only on your avatar activity and GT behavior within our ecosystem. They are not real-world credit scores and are not reported to, or based on, any real-world credit bureau.
3.1 🆔 Avatar-based identity. GameTokens.biz uses your avatar UUID from supported virtual worlds (such as Second Life) as the primary identifier for your account. We do not base decisions on real-world identity or real-world credit reports.
3.2 🔐 Web login access code. When you enable web login in-world (via kiosk, HUD, or approved device), you may set an Avatar Access Code (6–12 characters). This access code is required, along with your avatar UUID, to log in on the GameTokens.biz website.
3.3 🌐 In-world first, browser second. New avatar registration normally starts in-world via a GameTokens.biz registration kiosk or partner device and then continues in your browser using a secure link tied to your avatar UUID.
3.4 🛡️ Account security. You are responsible for all actions taken with your avatar UUID and access code. If you believe your account or access code has been compromised, you must update your access code using an in-world device or contact support as soon as possible.
4.1 🏆 Earning GTs. You may earn GTs by participating in events, games, loyalty programs, or other experiences that explicitly integrate GameTokens.biz. Rules for earning GTs are defined per experience and may change at any time.
4.2 🎁 Granting & rewards. GameTokens.biz and its partners may grant GTs as bonuses, promotions, or rewards. These grants are discretionary and may be changed, revoked, or discontinued at any time.
4.3 🔁 Peer-to-peer transfers & gifting. Where enabled, avatars may transfer GTs to other avatars inside the GameTokens.biz ecosystem (for example, for gifts, tips, or in-world rewards). All such transfers:
4.4 📈 Virtual credit, GT “credit cards” & avatar loans. Some products within GameTokens.biz (for example, virtual shopping credit cards or avatar loans) provide GT limits or balances that you agree to repay in GTs over time. These products:
⚙️ By using any GT credit product, you agree to the product-specific rules presented in the interface (such as repayment schedule, GT fees, or limits) and understand that consequences for nonpayment are limited to in-system actions (such as reduced GT limits, loss of access to GT credit products, or adjustments to your avatar’s internal GT credit profile).
4.5 💸 No cash-out, no cash-back. GTs cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or converted into any real-world asset or currency, including Linden Dollars (L$). Any attempt to “sell” GTs for cash or L$ is strictly prohibited.
4.6 🤝 Partner experiences. GTs may be used on other websites or in-world systems owned by Virtual World Search Inc., or within third-party add-on experiences that integrate GameTokens.biz. Each partner may define their own rules for what GTs can be used for inside their experience.
5.1 🔒 Closed system rules. GameTokens.biz is intentionally built as a closed, virtual-only system. To keep the system safe and compliant, you agree not to:

6.1 🧾 Balance records. We use reasonable technical measures to track your GT balances, limits, credit products, and transactions. Our internal records are considered final in the event of any discrepancy, though we will make good-faith efforts to investigate reported issues.
6.2 🌐 Downtime & changes. GameTokens.biz and any connected partner services may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, or changes to the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6.3 🛠️ Modifications. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the GameTokens.biz system (including specific GT rewards, products, credit tiers, or partner integrations) at any time. If we discontinue a product or feature, any remaining GT benefits tied to that feature may expire.
7.1 📦 “As is” service. GameTokens.biz, including all GT-based products, credit lines, and partner integrations, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7.2 📚 No financial advice. Nothing in GameTokens.biz or its related materials is financial, legal, or tax advice. GTs are a virtual-only reward and credit unit for entertainment and in-world usage.
7.3 🚧 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameTokens.biz, Virtual World Search Inc., and their owners, staff, and contractors are not liable for:
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with GameTokens.biz is to stop using the service and any GT-enabled experiences.
⚖️ These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Virtual World Search Inc. is organized and operates (without regard to conflict of law rules). Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of GameTokens.biz will be handled in that jurisdiction, using small claims court or, where applicable, a mutually agreed form of arbitration or mediation.
🤝 You agree to attempt informal resolution with us before pursuing any formal legal remedy, and you agree not to bring class actions or collective proceedings related to GameTokens.biz.
